One order, one shipment, one invoice

One order, one shipment, one invoice

One team instead of five suppliers: installation, training and service all on the same number.

From site visit to handover

Six steps, and the same team throughout.

  1. 01

    Site visit and needs analysis

We discuss your speciality, your expected daily patient load and the dimensions of the space. This meeting is free of charge.

  2. 02

    Layout plan

We plan where each system sits in the room, the socket and earthing points, and how patient and clinician move through it.

  3. 03

    Itemized proposal

Every system, probe and consumable is a separate line. You see what we propose and why, and you can remove items.

  4. 04

    Supply and installation

The systems arrive in a single shipment, are installed by the same team and handed over in working condition.

  5. 05

    Training

Hands-on training is given to the clinician and support staff at the device, with a second session within the first week.

  6. 06

    Device documentation

Invoice, warranty certificate, registry entry and user manuals are handed over as a filed set.

Scope

  • Filing of device documentation and completion of the registry entry
  • Warranty and technical service for every system from a single point

“Turnkey” here means the device side. Construction, building services and licensing are out of scope; we say so up front so nothing surprises you at proposal stage.

Already own equipment?

Systems you want to renew can go into the trade-in programme and come off the price of the new setup.

Frequently asked

  • Typically two to four weeks from site visit to handover when the systems are in stock. Where supply is required, the lead time is stated in writing in the proposal.

Let us plan the space together

The site visit is free of charge. Tell us your speciality and the dimensions of the space, and we will come back with a layout plan.
