Fetal Monitor (NST)
Fetal heart rate and uterine contraction on one screen, at the same time
A fetal monitor for the non-stress test. The ultrasound transducer follows fetal heart rate while the contraction transducer follows uterine activity, with both traces running on one screen at once. The event marker the patient presses on perceived movement is written into the trace. Recordings print from the built-in thermal recorder and can also be sent to a station over the network connection.

Features
Two traces, one screen
The fetal heart rate and the contraction trace run on a shared time axis, so the effect of a contraction on the heart rate reads directly instead of by comparing two separate printouts.
Patient event marker
The mother presses the handheld button when she feels movement and the mark is written into the trace, so the overlap of movement with acceleration is visible when assessing a reactive NST.
Built-in thermal recorder
The trace prints from inside the unit with no external printer or computer required, and the paper roll is changed from the front cover.
Network connection
A network port on the side of the unit allows the trace to be sent to a central monitoring station, so clinics with several monitoring rooms can follow recordings from one point.
