Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Sonografi Medikal as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, for the purposes described below.
Purpose of processing
The name, organization, contact and request details you submit through the quote and service request forms are processed solely to evaluate your request, prepare a quote, provide technical support and manage contractual processes. Any marketing use requires your separate explicit consent.
Legal basis
Your data is processed on the legal grounds of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-(c)) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-(f)) under the Law.
Transfers
Your data may be shared with our manufacturing partners and with logistics or installation suppliers to the extent required by your request. Transfers abroad take place only to the extent necessary for ordering and technical support, and in compliance with the legislation.
Retention period
Quote requests are retained for a maximum of 2 years after the request is concluded; records that lead to a contract are retained for the statutory limitation periods.
Your rights
Under Article 11 you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damages. You may send your requests to info@sonografimedikal.com.
